Controllers only

We repair PS5 DualSense and Xbox One, One S, Series X|S controllers. Please don't send anything else.

You ship the controller to us at your own cost. We are not responsible for loss or damage on the way to us, so pack it well and use tracking.

We fix stick drift only. If we find another problem, we contact you before touching anything else.

The repair is $49.99 per controller plus tax. You pay the invoice after the repair and before we ship it back. Return shipping is free.

If the invoice is still unpaid 30 days after we tell you the controller is ready, the controller is considered abandoned.

The replaced sticks carry a 40-day warranty.

We film the drift test before and after the repair, and we may post it. The video shows the controller only.
